Chef Daniel Koh is a celebrity chef who has more than 40 years of culinary experience garnered from well-known hotels and restaurants in Singapore. Prior to joining Chef Daniel’s Kitchen, Chef Daniel Koh helmed numerous prestigious local hotels and restaurants, including Tung Lok Group as a Director of Culinary, Sheraton Hotel, Hyatt Hotel , Holiday Inn Atrium , Imperium as well as Macau, Melbourne and Adelaide.
Now as Culinary Advisor of Chef Daniel’s Kitchen, he creates a unique “East-meets-West” blend of cuisines, which promises diners a most exquisite culinary experience. Chef Daniel has also made numerous appearances in many MediaCorp television cooking programs as panel judge.
